​Xtra is the first gym where I stuck through: the exercises are varied and both Steve and Vanessa provide great supervision and care greatly about their trainees. They always come up with outdoors training activities also, and training in a group is so much more motivating. When COVID hit, I started personal training over FaceTime with Vanessa and she brought me to a shape I had not been in for 25 years. Their circuit training is also awesome: I used to be a jogger/endurance type of guy. But at Xtra, I discovered the combination of body weight /light weight exercises with high intensity cardio: my joints are spared and my shape is way better.
